Pin IT Up – A Holistic Boutique is a locally loved wellness center located in the heart of historic Main Street Sykesville. Our clinic currently provides Acupuncture and Holistic Wellness Coaching, and we will soon be expanding to include additional holistic wellness modalities as we continue to grow.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist interested in joining our wellness community.

Opportunity Overview

This opportunity is designed for a massage therapist who wants to practice within a collaborative wellness environment alongside other holistic providers.

Practitioners may work within the clinic under one of the following structures:

• Independent Contractor Commission Model with a Sublease Treatment Room Arrangement

Compensation structure and details will be discussed during the screening and interview process to determine the best fit for both the practitioner and the clinic.

Current availability includes:

Mondays
Tuesdays

Additional availability may develop as the clinic continues to grow and patient demand increases.

Work Environment

This opportunity is located within the Pin IT Up wellness center in Sykesville, Maryland and requires practitioners to provide services in office.

Providers operate their professional services independently while working within a supportive clinic environment that allows for collaboration, shared referrals, and a strong wellness community.

Services

We welcome therapists offering modalities such as:

• Therapeutic massage
• Relaxation massage
• Deep tissue massage
• Sports massage
• Myofascial work
• Prenatal massage
• Other complementary massage modalities

Practitioners with specialized training or certifications are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide professional massage therapy services to clients

Conduct appropriate client intake and evaluate for contraindications prior to treatment

Maintain professional treatment notes and documentation as appropriate

Maintain professional standards of cleanliness and client care

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and clinic staff

Follow all Maryland licensing requirements and professional practice standards

Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• Active Maryland Massage Therapy License (LMT or RMP)
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage before beginning services
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards of care and documentation

Preferred but not required:

• Experience working in a medical office, integrative wellness clinic, or healthcare setting
• Additional certifications or specialty modalities
• Existing client base (not required but welcomed)
