Our clinic currently provides Acupuncture and Holistic Wellness Coaching, and we will soon be expanding to include additional holistic wellness modalities as we continue to grow.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Acupuncturist in Maryland interested in joining our clinic as a Jr Acupuncture Associate.
Position Overview
The Jr Acupuncture Associate position is designed for a licensed acupuncturist who is interested in building experience within an established wellness clinic while developing clinical confidence, patient communication skills, and practice growth.
This role includes working with patients, collaborating with other providers, maintaining clinical documentation, and contributing to the welcoming and supportive environment that Pin IT Up is known for.

Compensation Structure
Compensation for this position is hourly based on a recurring work schedule.
Additional compensation details, scheduling structure, and growth opportunities will be discussed following the pre-screening process during the interview stage.
Work Location
This is an in-office position located in Sykesville, Maryland within the Pin IT Up wellness center.
Schedule
Scheduling will be based on recurring clinic hours and may expand as patient demand increases.
Specific days and hours will be discussed during the screening and interview process.
Responsibilities
Provide acupuncture treatments to patients in accordance with Maryland licensing regulations.
Conduct appropriate patient intake and evaluation.
Develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
Maintain accurate and professional treatment documentation.
Educate patients about treatment plans and wellness goals.
Communicate clearly with patients and clinic staff.
Collaborate with other wellness providers within the clinic.
Maintain clean and organized treatment spaces.
Follow all HIPAA privacy standards and professional care guidelines.
Support a welcoming and professional clinic environment.
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
• Active Maryland Acupuncture License
• Graduation from an accredited acupuncture program
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it prior to beginning work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to professional ethics and patient safety
Preferred but not required:
• Experience working in a wellness clinic or integrative health environment
• Experience treating a variety of conditions including pain management, stress, and wellness support
• Interest in long term growth within a collaborative clinic environment
